Our meetings are on the third Sunday of the month at BVAC or off site with meeting details confirmed and emailed out two weeks before hand. Bring show & tell especially relating to the monthly topic.
Meetings are open to members starting from ten am to mid afternoon. Membership fee $50 per year for adults and $30 for current Tertiary Students (with a valid student card). $5.00 meeting fee for all attendees. Material or workshop fees as required. 2025 starting January ending November 2025 Non members may attend one monthly meeting if they like before they join. Visitors are asked to email us before hand to know current information on what to bring.
Reminder: General Meetings – as Brief as we can, but important to have your say, will be held at the February, June, August and October meetings: Please contact us if you have any agenda items or concerns.

19 January: Prepare your papers for future projects… including rusting. Bring Summer time Show & Tell!
16 February HOP day: hands on paper making day. Show & tell with handmade papers.

16 March Recycle& Repurpose your papers: Perhaps make collage or art books. Includes a folding activity and junk journal talk.
March & April Fairfield Library cabinet display bring in items January or February PAQ meetings: would suit smaller items including art books, paper vessels, origami, small paper sculptures, handmade paper samples.
20 April no meeting as is Easter Sunday
18 May Meet at BVAC to drop off artworks for the entry wall at Richard Randall Art Studio, then go to Toohey Forest for a walk & forage, to make art there or back at BVAC. There is also the option to bring bits of nature inspiration from home to work with and stay at BVAC
